Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant (Autism Focus) Location: Hertfordshire Company: Teacher Active Age Group: 10-19 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with autism? Join Teacher Active as a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant in Hertfordshire! We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to support students aged 10-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a variety of educational settings. In this role, you will work closely with students to provide tailored support, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with ASD. Assist in developing and implementing individualized learning plans. Help students to engage with the curriculum in a way that suits their learning style. Encourage and support students’ social and emotional development.
