Site Based Maintenance Electrician

The Role: ** Newly won contract ** You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services within a large commercial building in Whitehaven, You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing) and be responsible for general PPM's (tap temperatures, filter changing, flick tests). The Person: It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician with experience of working in a facilities management environment. Salary and Package: Basic up to £40,000 (40 hours per week) Also comes with a company vehicle that can aslo be used for personal use 8% pension 25 days holiday - rising to 28 plus bank holidays at the end of the year.
