Regulatory Associate Lawyer- 4 to 5 Years PQE

Nicholas Scott is working with a major international law firm who act for for clients including global investment banks, insurers, broker dealers, fund managers, advisors and corporates.

The team works on standalone matters for clients, as well as providing support on regulatory issues for our highly regarded finance and corporate practices. The role is for a 4 to 5 PQE England & Wales qualified lawyer and is predominantly non-contentious but there is scope for contentious work too for candidates who are interested.

Key requirements:

• Regulatory experience from a highly ranked City practice;
• Experience in all UK and EU financial services regulation would be useful, including but not limited to FSMA, the Regulated Activities Order, MIFID/MIFID II/COBS, EMIR, CRR/CRD IV, the Prospectus Directive, the new Securitisation Regulation, MAD, Solvency II, the IDD/ICOBS, PRIPS, BRRD and the Benchmark Regulation
• Self-motivated and possessing a very pro-active attitude
