Our focus is on ‘adaptive’ delivery, the fuel that powers our clients to move fast, move forward and move confidently.

We are currently seeking a Junior Resource Manager to join our Resource Management team within Marks. As a Junior Resource Manager, you will play an integral role within the Marks business - you will schedule projects and monitor progress, whilst maximising productivity through load-levelling and acquiring additional resource where required. You will also work closely with stakeholders to keep them informed of jobs in progress, projected projects and any potential risks.

It's a varied and challenging role, and as such, you will be a master of organization! Ideally you will have some experience gained within a similar role within a creative agency - giving you a keen understanding of the design process - but most importantly, you will share our values of design integrity, technical accuracy and speed to market.

This represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career within a business that is entering an exciting phase of growth and development - not only this, but you will benefit from working with some of the industry's most talented and dedicated individuals and teams, on projects that are global in scope for some of the world's most well-known brands, within a supportive and nurturing culture.

Here's some of the things you'll do in this exciting role:

· Maintain an overall traffic process, and monitor project planning systems

· Daily monitoring and adjustment of work in progress to ensure on time delivery, and resource optimization throughout the life cycle of the project.

· Daily status updates for all projects in collaboration with the project managers

· Create a monthly forecast to ensure best practices for planning and resourcing

· Ensure a clear and consistent communications flow

· Attend status meetings with all teams to ensure accounts are running properly

· Identify and escalate potential issues to the Studio Operations Manager

· Maintain the balance and flow of information throughout all departments

· Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to discuss freelance booking requirements

· Actively identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.

· Participate in and support agency business objectives

Ideally, you will have

· Experience of working directly in a fast-paced creative environment

· Problem solving ability, with some knowledge of design workflow best practices

· Ability to construct workable solutions when presented with multiple and, often times, conflicting points of view

· Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time

· An unflappable demeanour, with the ability to bring a sense of calm assurance to high-energy interactions

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Creative and innovative thinking

· Insightful relationship building and interpersonal skills

· The ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and demonstrate resiliency

· A collaborative approach to working within the team

· Compassion, honesty and an ability develop trust with the internal team and client

· A sense of humor

· Passion for the job

In return, we will offer you, along with an excellent base salary

· Pension

· Healthcare scheme

· Life Assurance

· 25 days annual leave - and additional 'Me' day

· Flexible summer working hours

· Digital GP Service

· Buy more holidays scheme (10 extra days per year)
