The Role

Our client is a leading City law firm providing expert legal advice to large multinational corporations and high net worth individuals on a wide range of sectors ranging from commercial, financial services regulation, fintech, tax litigation, insolvency and litigation.

We are instructed to assist with our client's ambitious growth plans and recruit a senior / experienced lawyer to join as a partner and head up the Restructuring and Insolvency department based in Central London.

The firm has instructions from its current clientbase but is looking for an individual with a portable book of clients to expand its current offering and help build a successful department.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track in managing complex insolvency cases, providing strategic advice to clients and driving business initiatives.

• Lead and manage restructuring and insolvency projects from inception to completion
• Provide expert advice to clients on financial distress, turnaround strategies and insolvency matters
• Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities and build lasting client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
