Financial Manager - Construction

Job Title: Finance Manager. Location: Harrow. Salary: Up to £55K. Key Responsibilities: * Manage production and consolidation of UK monthly and statutory accounts. * Oversee robust month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Lead the reconciliation process, ensuring it meets audit requirements. * Develop and manage relevant KPIs, enhancing business performance insights. * Communicate complex financial data and insight in a clear way to senior stakeholders, including those limited finance expertise. * Support the Group Financial Controller in cross-functional engagements and drive continuous process improvements. About You * The right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available) * Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). * A strong and demonstrable record of post-qualification experience in financial accounting within a dynamic business environment. * Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain strong financial controls over multiple entities. * Experience in the production and consolidation of accounts and month-end processes. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, inform and influence financial and non-financial colleagues and teams. * The knowledge, confidence and analytical skills to challenge senior management effectively with data and evidence
