Close Out Coordinator

PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a Close Out Coordinator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis. This role reports to the Engineering Manager.Details/dutiesProvide engineering input to estimates for project and operations close-out work scopeCompliance with PBS engineering procedures, industry, international and client codes and standardEnsure that all work complies with the Contract Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures in line with industry standardProvide checking of discipline documents; complete interdisciplinary checking of documents against Red Line marks where necessaryProvide input to weekly progress and planning meetingsEnsure appropriate budget exists for close out workEnsure workpacks are fully closed and the close out reporting metrics are updated to reflect overall burdenEnsure all changes effected by the project/task have been risk assessed and that appropriate documentation has been amended to include but not limited to Drawings, procedures, P&IDs, software, org charts, ensure all equipment is off hired, ensure all costs codes are closed appropriatelyTo be part of Close Out team as-building drawings from red line markups (P&IDS, line diagrams etc)Familiarity with process, electrical and instrument drawing practicesEnsure compliance with Client PBS drawing proceduresLiaise with Project Teams and Engineers as required by Close out CoordinatorMaintain drawing registerSelf-Check all drawings produced to ensure accuracy against mark-upPerform other related duties and assignments as requested by Engineering ManagerSelf-reliant and capable of managing and reporting workload to Engineering managerQualifications/Experience requirerDiligence with meeting action/close out deadlinesGood understanding of close out requirementsGood communication and time management skillsPrevious experience of client drawing management systems would be advantageousFinisher qualities
