Job Title: Relationship Manager £35, 000 to £40, 000    Barnstaple   About Our Client: Join a leading Barnstaple-based company renowned for delivering first in class delivery and service to clients across the UK.    Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager, you will report directly to the Business Manager, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our clients, suppliers, customers and stakeholders.   What will the Relationship Managers responsibilities be?  Deliver exceptional service to clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction. Build and maintain robust relationships between clients and the organisation. Drive performance improvements based on measurable KPIs, focusing on operational excellence. Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing communication and processes, both internally and externally. Provide comprehensive KPI reporting and support data entry for the Relationship Managers and Business Manager. Promote a culture of safety, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself, colleagues and external/internal sub-contractors.   What will the Relationship Manager do? Manage order administration and sales order processing. Project manage delivery of work, ensuring a precise and methodical approach is adhered to with the customer always coming first Handle input data and ensure delivery is on time and within agreed standards Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the team. What Qualifications and Experience will the Relationship Manager have? Proven ability to accurately enter data into inhouse databases. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Strong mathematical and English communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Experience in a manufacturing/food/professional services environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive experience in change management.
