Role Overview: Reporting to the CIO, the Head of Technology will lead the IT Operations, Information Security, and IT Service Management functions. Oversee the design, implementation, and management of a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and architecture. ? Optimize cloud resources to achieve cost efficiency and effective utilization. ? Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology operations, security, and service delivery. ? Prepare and present technology performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Competencies; Skills and Experience Required: ? Extensive experience in IT operations, including infrastructure management, cloud architecture, IT service management, and information and cyber security. ? Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects. ? Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
