Job Title: Production Operative Job Type: Temporary - ongoing Pay rate: £13.99/hour - £17.85/hour Location: Bournville, B30 2HP Shifts: 12 hours Days - 7am-7pm & Nights: 7pm-7am (Must be flexible for both shifts as it is rotational shift) Start Date: ASAP Our client is an international market-leading food manufacturer. Job overview: Undertake operational tasks as required, running equipment safely and in accordance with instructions and guidelines. Responsibilities: Assisting in the packing of all food products (chocolates) Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed Assisting with the achievement of production targets. Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene Working to business KPI's Qualifications: Food Safety Level 2 accreditation trained Previous experience in food production is an advantage Must be flexible with both shifts Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels.
