Proven brokerage and relevant markets experience - essential Opportunity driven, market agnostic. Preference for niche, growth markets in the energy/renewable/transition space rather than legacy carbon. Physical markets ex US, Physical/Financial markets US (NFA Registered) Team Size. Seeking enterprising individuals or small teams (1-3) Book Composition. Proven track record/discrete books of business with growth potential Book Size.
