YOUR IMPACTFUL ROLE ??As our Academy Head Coach, you will: Oversee and Deliver Training, and oversee Matchdays Develop the training syllabus and session plans. Lead the management, oversight, and support of team manager training sessions and matchdays-Deliver coaching on our club nights Player Development Collaborate with SZ coaches and team managers to prioritize and enhance player development. Player Pathways Strengthen connections with our soccer school Skillz UK to transition players into SZ United.
