Retail Business Manager

Red Sky Personnel is seeking an experienced Retail Business Manager for an exciting opportunity with our client in Stansted Airport.

Our Client

As a leading global cosmetics giant, our client's Travel Retail division is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to join their team at Stansted Airport.

Your Mission

As Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's business within the Stansted Airport platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Analysis: Tracking and analysing key performance indicators, including sales, activations, and competitor activity.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and optimise operations.
• Team Management: Leading and coaching a team of Team Leaders and Business Associates to deliver exceptional results.
• Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organisation and with the airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed business analysis to track and report on performance metrics.
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth and optimise operations.
• Managing and coaching a team of Team Leaders and Business Associates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on travel retail and/ or luxury retail.
• A strong Leadership or Management background within beauty (Fragrance, Make-up or Skincare)
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
