Private Client Solicitor/Associate (0-5 years PQE)

£40,000 - £60,000 FTE

Oculus are currently working with a very well respected legal practice, based in the North West of England. They have a Legal 500 ranked Private Client team, in addition to having a reputation for investing in their own staff.

Required experience in a broad range of Private Client matters, including but not limited to:

• Preparation of Wills, including complex Wills utilising trusts
• IHT Planning
• Preparation of Powers of Attorney (EPAs and LPAs)
• Court of Protection practice;
• Estate Administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates
• Identifying trust administration requirements
