Production Supervisor

A production supervisor is needed to leaded, coach and develop a team within the manufacturing department. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to delivery high quality results in a fast paced environment. Description Supervise the production process to ensure efficiency & quality Lead and mentor a team to achieve set targets Maintain safety standards inline with policy Identify areas of process improvement Support with planning of production schedule Problem solve issues or delays in productionProfile A education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
