1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Prospero Teaching is looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for an Ofsted "Good" Primary school in Tower Hamlets, London. The school is a popular two-form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Tower Hamlets, London Position - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Type of work - Supporting a Year 1 child with ASD Contract or position start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration - Until end of the academic year July 2025 Contract or position end date (if applicable) - July 2025 Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Full time/part time - Full time Rate of pay - £85 - £105 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Ideally minimum 1 year experience in the UK Primary Schools Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two yearOTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
