The Role:
As the Educational Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, reviewing, and optimising the academic content that powers our AI tutoring system. This position requires a unique blend of educational expertise and technological understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality educational content aligned with UK exam curricula and international standards
- Review and validate academic materials across various subjects including but not limited to Maths, Economics, Geography, History to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Collaborate with our AI development team to integrate educational content into our adaptive learning algorithms
- Design and implement content quality assurance processes
- Stay abreast of developments in education theory and AI applications in learning, incorporating new findings into our content strategy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education
- Experience in teaching within schools preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of UK exam curricula and international educational standards
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging content
- Proficiency with educational technology and a keen interest in AI applications in education
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and team collaboration abilities
