Were excited to announce the opening of our stunning new care home, Haddenham Park , near Aylesbury, and were looking for an exceptional Community Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead our leisure and lifestyle program both within the home and in the surrounding community. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will: Drive Occupancy : As Haddenham is a newly commissioned home, you will optimise and enhance resident occupancy opportunities and ensure that occupancy and average weekly fee rates are met by leading on relevant networking to develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Inspire and Engage : Lead a team to create enriching leisure and lifestyle choices that encourage participation, ensuring our residents live life to the fullest. Collaborate and Connect : Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance the experience for our residents and grow our community presence. Drive Success : Spearhead effective marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, showcasing the best of what Haddenham Park has to offer. Desirable Qualities What would make you stand out even more: Experience in marketing or commissioning a luxury care home. Established relationships within the local community. Creative therapies or occupational therapy experience. Relevant vocational qualifications or training. A full, clean driving license.
