In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will: Drive Occupancy : As Haddenham is a newly commissioned home, you will optimise and enhance resident occupancy opportunities and ensure that occupancy and average weekly fee rates are met by leading on relevant networking to develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Inspire and Engage : Lead a team to create enriching leisure and lifestyle choices that encourage participation, ensuring our residents live life to the fullest. Collaborate and Connect : Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance the experience for our residents and grow our community presence.
