Embedded Software Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an advanced and innovative technology company in the North West. We’re looking for an energetic Embedded Software Manager to lead a small team of embedded software engineers. The role of Embedded Software Manager is a result of strategic growth across the business and will report to the Director of Software. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, leading, and mentoring a small team working on middleware applications for their products. You’ll eventually have full ownership of all software related issues within the business looking at architecture, design, development, bug fixing and deployment. This business has been heavily in the news recently after receiving a large round of investment to take the technology to the next level and grow in headcount. Embedded Software Manager requirements: Degree qualified or equivalent in Computer Science or Software Engineering C++ Experience managing small technical teams Knowledge of embedded systems/hardware products.
