With over 200 years' experience in the sector, allowing them to understand their clients specific needs and deliver and outstanding service.The role would consist of:Buying and selling agricultural and sporting estates.Advising in relation to the sale of land for development – sales, options, promotion agreements.Advising in relation to a wide range of green energy projects.Advising on full range of landlord/tenant issues – in relation to agricultural, commercial and residential property.Advising lenders in relation to loans to the owners of agricultural property.They offer extremely high-quality work, achievable billable targets leading to real WLB and a real focus on progression and development.For this role you will need the following:2+ PQE ExperienceQualified solicitor - England and WalesExposure to Agricultural/Rural Property transactionsFor more information on this role, please contact Rhys for a confidential conversation.
