The Role: As a Water Treatment Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing and expanding my client's water treatment operations. Your role will involve: Driving sales, spearheading business development, and managing key accounts with finesse. Collaborating closely with the Water Treatment team on cutting-edge hygiene and treatment projects. Providing expert technical guidance to empower and support the team. Leading training initiatives to elevate staff skills and performance. Conducting service work on client sites to uphold exceptional standards. Supporting compliance and ensuring all relevant accreditations are maintained. Enjoying a flexible hybrid work setup, splitting your time between the office, home, and various site visits from Monday to Friday.The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Water Treatment and Water Hygiene. A background in sales, business development, account management or advisory roles within the industry. Strong technical expertise paired with outstanding problem-solving skills. The ability to work from their Northern office (Liverpool) Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000.
