The Role:

• You will work on a wide range of commercial and data advisory matters, handling large, complex agreements and managing your own caseload.
• You will have the autonomy to run cases with minimal supervision while also engaging with clients directly, building strong relationships, and delivering commercially sound advice.

Key Requirements:

• You should have 3-5 years PQE, ideally from a City, West End, or leading regional firm.
• A Strong background in negotiating, advising on, and drafting commercial contracts. Experience in data protection is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members.
