Job Title: Bi Lingual Customer Service Advisor Salary: £26000 - £27000  DOE Location: Bishops Stortford (office based only) Working Hours: Shift including some weekends This is a fantastic opportunity to use your excellent customer service skill and languages to join a global and dynamic work environment. Requirements Fluent in English with either Spanish, French, German or Portuguese. Good customer service skills. Driven and determined. Will follow procedures & policies. Experience of a CRM system: Asana, Zendesk or similar. Previous experience of content moderation would be advantageous.
