Bar & Duty Manager

Bar and Duty Manager required urgently!

Location : Faversham

Salary : 25,000 to 27,000 P/A

Hours :37 per week including nights and weekends

An exciting opportunity has opened up to take over the running of an events bar with lots of growth potential in the role to deliver more opportunities for their food and beverage offering

Key Responsibilities :

Running the bar and opening and closing

Restocking and cash management

Tracking margins and working within a budget

Recruiting, training members of the team

What we are looking for:

Bar management experience

Cash handling and staff supervision

Holding a personal licence or preparedness to undertake personal licence training
