We’re a small firm of financial planners where every member is vital, flexible, and dedicated to getting the job done. We need to expand our support and are flexible about whether this role would be full time or part-time.
The position is office based, and we’re just outside Radyr, Cardiff.
Responsibilities
We're looking for someone who can not only fit into our existing team, but would love the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibilities. This would mean being involved in using back office systems to support client reviews, and new business, and with a view to being able to support our senior paraplanner with technical support. The successful applicant would have the opportunity for a route to more direct client contact and a pathway to advising clients in the future.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry, preferably in a similar support or paraplanning role
- Proficiency in conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing financial reports
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications such as Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) or Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) is a plus
