Accounts Supervisor

JSS Finance are excited to be partnering with an multi £M turnover Technology business in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a Accounts Supervisor to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for a Accounts Supervisor who has an entrepreneurial attitude and wants to join a forward thinking, rapidly growing business where you can really add value. This is a varied role combining management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and implementing/improving processes and systems. You will be working across multiple entities across multiple countries and will be given the opportunity to progress and grow with the business while gaining exposure to month end. As the Accounts Supervisor you will be offered an annual salary of up to £60,000 with flexible and fully remote working. Key responsibilities: Provide strong leadership to the accounting operations team Project Set-up / AR / Invoicing / Collections Ensure accurate and timely processing of client invoices and project expenses Support collections analysis to maximize DSO efficiency Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor payments Oversee credit card and expense processes Supports vendor analysis and drives cost reductions when appropriate Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transactional accounting Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize functionality Assist management with important financial decisions Provide support for company annual audits Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes during mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations Key requirements: At least 3 years' experience working in a similar finance role Experience managing offshore and external transactional teams Experience using an ERP Accounting system Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote role A proactive approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and resiliency to change What's on offer: Offering an annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000 A varied and fast paced role within a successful, growing business Progression opportunities Flexible work policy with fully remote working Approachable and down to earth working culture Please apply below or reach out to me at [email protected]
