This is a maternity cover FTC for 1 year from January 2025 to January 2026


YOU

As our National Account Executive, you will support the NAC and NAM in executing the Suntory Commercial Plan in their Customer with the objective of meeting and exceeding the designated business KPIs.


YOUR ROLE


  • Support the NAC and NAM in developing a matrix of contacts across Bestway
  • Management of the Bestway weekly Order to ensure clear comms between supply and customer.
  • Support the NAC and NAM in selling LRS products and plans to Bestway
  • Support the NAC and NAM in negotiating the Joint Business Plan with Bestway
  • Managing the external relationship with the Bestway Retail team, Bestway vans, and bestway catering team (buyer, admin & supply chain)
  • Ensure all admin associated with the Customer is delivered to a high standard. This would include Promotional Proposals, Invoicing, Debt Management
  • Working with NAC and NAM, deliver execution of the LRS Commercial Plan in the Customer using all appropriate levers to create maximum brand impact
  • Working with Supply Chain to ensure the right levels of stock availability at all times
  • P&L responsibility for Bestway retail, Vans and catering


WHAT YOU BRING


  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Understanding of how an Account Manager/Buyer relationship functions.
  • Experience of building relationships at all levels within an external organisation.
  • A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach in the role is key to building and sustaining new long-term relationships.
  • Financial numeracy to be able to build strategically sound, financially robust proposals that exploit opportunities.
  • Strong capability in Excel and experience of TPM and Volume forecasting systems essential
  • A good understanding of the FMCG marketplace, its key players and projected market dynamics.
  • Excellent commercial and organisational skills
