Employment Solicitor

Our Local Authority client based in the North West, is currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join the team on a 3-6 month locum basis. The role offers fully remote working with equipment delivered prior to contract start, and a competitive hourly rate of up to £65 p/hour UMB, subject to PQE. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a full caseload of Employment Law matters and litigation Representing the Council at a range of hearings, including assisting on a first-tier tribunal claim where the Council are a named party Drafting and negotiating a range of documents and agreements, including finalising bundles and draft statements Assisting on insurance claims, including liaising with insurers and advising clients Experience required: Employment Law Local Government experience desirable Rewards and Benefits: Fully remote working Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
