Teaching Assistant Job Description: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for all students Collaborate with the class teacher to design and implement tailored lessons Work alongside colleagues and specialists to meet the individual needs of each student Provide support and guidance to help enhance students' social and emotional wellbeing Ensure the safety and overall welfare of every student The role will be working across the school in KS1 & KS2 claases What do you need to be a Teaching Assistant?
