Builder/Maintenance (full/part-time)

• This is a key position reporting to Head of Maintenence regarding all issues that relate to the maintenance and administration of the educational facility. Must be a car/owner driver
• All building and site repairs,

General basic knowledge in plumbing and electrics

• Able to hang doors general carpentry
• Happy to work on there own and in a small team.
• Able to work with: -
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Fire risk analysis and compliance
  • Security
  • COSHH

• General maintenance painting and decorating
• Liaise with Sub-contractors when required.
• Monitor cost control
• Strong communication at all levels.

Full time the hours are 8.00am to 5pm Monday-Friday but there is flexibility for part-time hours to be considered.

Salary £27K+ per annum full time hours.
