Other responsibilities of the Manufacturing Account Manager include: * Manage all questions and queries from customers and Account Managers, collate information, and solve problems and issues. * Coordinate actions and liaise with other departments (Production, Design, Studio, Finance, etc.) to meet customer deadlines. * Support existing and new business customers' accounts and provide cover during holiday periods within the team. About You The successful Manufacturing Account Manager will provide exceptional levels of service, having the ability to work in a demanding customer facing role, delivering against deadlines and priorities.
