Associate Director - Education Recruitment Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant & Manager, looking for more autonomy, greater earning potential and a chance to build your own business? EdEx has been established for just under three years, in which time we have rapidly built a high-performing team of 13 which we plan to double over the next few years. Our current team focuses on long-term and permanent recruitment, having served over 600 client schools already, hitting new milestones every year thus far. We are searching for an Associate Director to join our Leadership Team, specifically to create and develop the supply-arm of our business from scratch. We are looking for a confident, established consultant and manager to establish a short-term and daily-supply function, servicing our current clients as well as bringing on new business. As an Associate Director, you will be given your own advertising budget, marketing support, back-end support, a dedicated candidate resourcer and more. Better yet, you will have share options as well as bonus' alongside a healthy basic and commission structure.
