Java Software Engineer

Java Developer - Microservices, API, Kafka.

Rate - £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Location – London office on site once a week

Duration – Initial 6 months

Are you a skilled Java Developer with a passion for backend development and cloud technologies? Join a fast-paced retail environment as a Java Developer on a contract basis! We are seeking an expert with deep knowledge of AWS, Java 8/11/17/21, and microservices to help enhance and scale retail systems.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong AWS background and cloud architecture understanding
• Proficiency in Java 8/11/17/21 for backend development
• Expertise in Spring Boot for building scalable applications
• Solid experience in Microservices Architecture
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Proficient in Kafka
• Experience with Docker for containerization
• Version control with GitHub
• Retail or complex system experience is a plus
