Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking an IT professional to join our team and provide technical assistance to our growing customer base. The role involves resolving IT issues, maintaining systems and supporting customers with connectivity issues.
Duties
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Set up and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Experience in software troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating system
- Ability to work with help desk systems and ticketing tools
