The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting the sales targets by successfully managing a Sales team. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Be an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with team leader experience
- Be able to understand wider strategic business objectives and have successful experience working with accounts.
- Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in value-based selling techniques and have knowledge and usage of sales systems.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt approach to suit the audience and circumstances.
