As the D365 CE Consultant you will provide strategic direction and own the design of Insights’ Dynamics365 solution. What you will need: An expert understanding of CE and Dual Write Take ownership for the design and utilisation of the Dynamics365 solution. Develop and own a roadmap of changes and enhancements for Insights’ instance of Dynamics365. You will ensure that the configuration, customisation, and utilisation of Dynamics365 drives process efficiencies, and creates new opportunities to improve Customer Journeys and Experience. You will work closely with Microsoft to understand future D365 capabilities to ensure Insights are getting the best from their investment.
