Your Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring our students receive the care and guidance they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Assisting in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique needs. Collaborating with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students can flourish. Supporting students in developing vital social, emotional, and academic skills to help them grow holistically. Monitoring student progress and sharing valuable feedback with teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: To excel as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll need: Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable. A patient, caring, and empathetic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment. Relevant qualifications or training in special education would be a bonus.
