Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager - Chelmsford

Position: Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager Location: Chelmsford, Essex Salary: £23 per hour I am recruiting a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager for a lovely nursing home located in Chelmsford, Essex. They are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about this role to join their amazing team at the nursing home. Roles and Responsibilities for a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager: • Support the Home Manager across all aspects of the managing the home • Monitor the standard of care that is being given • Responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with the residents and their families • Supervise nursing staff • Provide staff management, support and development Hours: 45 Hours per week, working weekends on rota. You will be working on the floor at least 3 days a week and 1 day supernumerary. Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager: • Must be an experienced Clinical RGN with valid NMC pin • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication skills - Verbal and written • Experience working with those with dementia • Experience in the same or similar role If you think you would be suitable for this role, please apply with your CV ASAP
