The role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Campaigns Manager to take charge of the day-to-day marketing efforts for our Commercial Solar, EV, and Curv business units. The successful candidates will be crucial in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and overall market presence in these key areas. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to build and execute marketing plans that support our commercial goals. This role requires someone proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded, capable of turning strategies into action. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing plans (annual and quarterly) to drive lead generation and business growth. - Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on high-quality lead generation. - Manage day-to-day marketing activities ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and leadership) and external agencies to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns. - Analyse and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns and activities - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials. - Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, working closely with internal teams to support lead generation efforts. - Manage relationships with third-party lead generation providers to maximize return on investment (ROI). - Drive referral programs aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention. Key Skills: - Proven experience in marketing campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Expertise in lead generation and developing strategies for different market segments. - Experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effective allocation of marketing resources. - Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external agencies. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance. - B2B marketing experience (Preferred not essential) Qualifications: - A degree is desirable but not essential; however, qualifications like the Marketing Week Mini MBAs in Marketing or Brand Management are a plus.
