The role of this assistant manager would be to support your branch manager in reaching instruction targets, to bring stock on for the wider team and move the office forward. Within this role you will still have the opportunity to close and negotiate your own deals. The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name. With the already existing high performing team this office is currently and has been No.1 in the area for sometime. The package on offer for the successful candidate is an extremely basic salary of up to £25,000 plus car allowance. This position is offering achievable on target earnings in the first year of £55,000 PLUS End of Year Profit Shares.Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working every Saturday with a day off in the week.
