We are looking to recruit a part-time Maths Hub Administrator to join the existing Maths Hub team. Can you work in a fast-paced environment? Do you have an eye for detail? If so, we would love to hear from you!The North Mids Maths Hub led by Painsley Catholic College in Cheadle, Staffordshire, is one of a network of 40 Maths Hubs in England and was established in 2014. The programme is funded by the Department for Education (DfE) and coordinated by the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM). North Mids Maths Hub covers all school settings in Stoke, Staffordshire and Walsall (approx. 624 schools) in delivering high-quality professional developments through Maths Hub programme.As part of this administration role, you will be required to:• Provide administration support for our targeted support programme, co-ordinating with our Maths Hub team and Finance Officer• Update our website, social media accounts, marketing our events andpromoting the good work of the Maths Hub.• Excellent organisation skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to take the initiative.• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with working knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, etc.• You will require good numeracy skills, assisting with Maths Hub Finance Officer.• We seek applications from those of the Catholic faith, all faiths and of no faith but who are supportive of our Christian values and ethos.To find out more about the North Mids Maths Hub, please visit our website.
