Responsibilities: * Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share. * Manage and develop your team. * Set KPI’s and targets for your team. * Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers. * Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants. * All legal aspects.
