Middleweight Integrated Project Manager

New role in for an ambitious, positive, driven Integrated Project Manager to join a lovely new team in London. This is a 12 month Fixed term contract.As a member of the Global Project Management Team, you will report to a Senior Project Manager (SPM) and assist in managing various global integrated projects within the agency.This role also provides the opportunity to manage your own projects from start to finish so would suit someone who likes ownership! This role will be working alongside 3rd party Production.As you gain experience, you will take on more project responsibilities and receive training in commercial reporting. There is a career path allows Project Managers to eventually become Senior Project Managers (SPMs) and Project Directors (PDs), managing their own project categories. This position offers a solid foundation for building a career in project management.Main Areas of FocusCollaborationCollaborate effectively with multi-agency teams to ensure seamless project execution.Build strong relationships with project teams, the commercial division, and the Lead.Serve as the knowledge hub for your projects, working closely with team members from various departments (PMs, account management, creatives, finance, etc.).Coordinate with the resource manager and PM Lead for efficient resource management.Day-to-Day Project ManagementOversee the end-to-end execution of integrated projects, ensuring timely and seamless completion.Set up projects, manage budgets, control resources, and handle reporting proficiently.Assist SPMs in triaging, scoping projects, and allocating necessary resources.Handle administrative tasks such as opening jobs, raising POs, developing timing plans, managing communication channels, raising estimates, organizing meetings, and maintaining status documents.Manage schedules and support multiple work streams across various campaign channels within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget for your own projects.Attend weekly status meetings and provide updates on your team’s projects.Assist the Account Team in scheduling project-related meetings and ensure all relevant partners are informed and attend.Ensure all necessary internal approvals are obtained before presenting work to the client.Maintain high-quality standards across project documentation and deliverables.Acquire and maintain knowledge of industry-standard project tools, processes, and platforms.Commercial AcumenManage project budgets, monitor financial status, and forecast resource allocation.Understand the client's remuneration and commercial model thoroughly.Monitor project finances and address resource allocation concerns proactively.Problem Solving and Decision MakingIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.Maintain a solution-oriented mindset, especially in challenging scenarios.Adapt to change and innovation in a dynamic work environment.To Excel in This Role, You Will Be:Positive and a team motivator, even when faced with difficult challenges.Eager to learn and bring improvements, with openness to process suggestions for team efficiency.Commercially minded, enjoying working with numbers, scopes, and Excel sheets.Hands-on and ready to take ownership of projects and processes.Solution-focused, facing challenges positively and asking for help when needed.Super organized, keeping project files in perfect condition for team access.Meticulous with a keen eye for details.Highly motivated, tenacious, resilient, and always willing to learn.We are committed to ensuring and supporting representation from all backgrounds across the creative industry, irrespective of race, religion, belief, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability or socio-economic background.
