Position Summary: As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind some of their key client relationships, managing high-impact Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs for one of their largest clients. You’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, exceptional client satisfaction, and alignment with brand messaging. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent project management skills, creativity, and the ability to manage internal and external teams effectively . The Role: Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships. Lead the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client goals and brand standards. Coordinate and manage internal teams, resources, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget. Oversee the creation of multi-channel content (blogs, social media, thought leadership) and ensure alignment with brand identity. Present campaign insights and performance data to clients, working closely with our insights team to ensure informed decision-making. Manage the development of automated customer journeys and schedule multi-channel campaigns. Ensure the highest standards of quality across all content and communications. What We’re Looking For: 5 years in a client-facing role, ideally within a marketing agency or similar environment. Proven experience managing complex marketing projects and campaigns. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams. A creative mindset with experience in content creation and social media management. Ability to lead and inspire teams, both internally and externally. Proficiency with marketing tools like CRM, CMS, analytics, and social media platforms.
