CDM Advisor

Role: Senior CDM/ H&S Advisor   Location: Leicester – travel across the Midlands for projects  Salary: Up to £50,000 + travel expenses + excellent benefits package  Sector: Construction & Engineering  Carriera is excited to partner with an award-winning construction and engineering consultancy who operate throughout UK. They are looking to bring on board either an ambitous CDM/ H&S Advisor looking for their next step or an already Senior CDM advisor to provide a CDM/ H&S advisor service to their clients within the built environment from their Leicester office.  Our client is interested in speaking with CDM/ H&S professionals to join the team covering projects on a regional basis (this role would be based from our clients offices in Leicester however you time will be split between home, office and visiting projects in the built environment across the Midlands). The organisation is ideally looking for a well-rounded H&S professional who has experience of delivering a variety of health & safety services.  Responsibilities  Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base.   Ensure that all sites are CDM compliant and the relevant documentation is in place and in date.  Carrying out investigations into all accidents/ incidents, fires and dangerous occurrences.  Compile Pre Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans & H&S File.  Demonstrate a good knowledge of H&S and CDM legislation.  Carryout site safety inspections and site safety audits.  About you  NEBOSH Construction (minimum).  Member of IOSH Excellent written communication skills.  Excellent verbal communication skills for client, contractor and consultant meetings.  Full UK Driving license.  Apply  Competitive salary up to £50,000.  Travel expenses and mileage.  Excellent CPD and training support.  Flexible working options.  Company pension scheme.  25 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday.  Professional memberships paid by company  If you are interested in the role please contact Alex Harcombe on (phone number removed) for further information.
