We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Floor Manager for Whitcombs our destination restaurant at The Londoner. Our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner has opened with rave reviews. Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the team at our exclusive Whitcomb's restaurant located within our 5 Star hotel, The Londoner. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Whitcomb's operation. You will have full knowledge of the Whitcomb's menu and be able to confidently explain the dining concept to guests. . You will understand table return times and handle all tables accordingly. . You will work with the team to ensure that a seamless service takes place for all tables and ensuring that impeccable standards are set and then maintained by all team members. You will ensure that support and development is provided to all team members and that motivation and enjoyment levels are high on each shift that you work. You will respond to any feedback or complaints received positively and will proactively follow them up to ensure that th needs of the guest are met. About You: Current in-depth food and beverage experience within a high-end food led operation. Capable of demonstrating impeccable leadership skills The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results. A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
