Work as a Home Manager for a local provider within an elderly nursing home. With this provider your line manager will be the company owner to ensure you can get quick movement on requests to maintain the Good CQC in your Home.

Home Manager Requirements:
- Elderly Dementia experience
- NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
- CQC experience
- Nurse Preferable
As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of an elderly care home within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
