Unity Lead DeveloperLead Developer required for a new contract role with a leading IT company who continue to grow and improve their processes and capabilities. Initial three-month contract available, working remotely on weekdays. Competitive pay and good prospects available for the successful applicant. This role would suit candidates from a software development background with IT industry experience and IT knowledge.

The Job Role:Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Feature Development: Design, implement, and optimise new features and gameplay mechanics using Unity and C#. Maintenance and Improvement: Address and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges to maintain and enhance the game’s quality. Planning: Participate in planning meetings, contribute to project timelines, and help prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively. Code Review: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding standards and practices are followed.
