Harnham is a global organization with offices in the US, UK, and EU, and this role will provide exposure to our global offices and their unique needs.The RoleThis role will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including active onsite support for our global offices, involvement in cybersecurity, IT strategic road mapping, and reporting to senior stakeholders. The responsibilities include:Providing technical support to end-users regarding software, network, and hardware issues.Troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and networking problems promptly and efficiently.Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software as needed.Monitoring computer systems and networks daily to ensure optimal performance and security.Deploying desktops and laptops to new and existing users.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.Maintaining documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.Conducting regular system audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.RequirementsFor this role, we value passion for the industry and a keen interest in development over formal technical experience.
