To support the delivery of our CSR Programme, we are seeking a CSR Executive to join our team. This is an exciting role for a motivated individual who is looking to build their career in this growing space.This position will be in the CSR Team, who own the ethical and environmental programmes. This role is predominantly ethical trade focused, with additional support required across all of the function’s objectives.Reporting into the Head of CSR, the postholder will have significant exposure within the business, with stakeholders in several departments, including Production and Buying teams. The CSR Executive’s core responsibilities will be to:Co-ordinate Liberty’s own-brand ethical trade programmeManage the onboarding and auditing of new suppliers, including managing first contact with factories and suppliers, scheduling audits and processing documentation in a timely mannerAssess audits and assign ratings to issues, engaging with suppliers on remediationMaintain a schedule of re-audits and follow up auditsProvide topline reporting and trend analysis of issues identified with own-brand suppliersMaintain data on Liberty’s internal supplier database, and external platforms such as the Open Supply HubDeliver ethical trade-related training within the businessUse existing training materials to upskill the business on areas such as Modern Slavery awareness and Supplier Due DiligenceDevelop and deliver ad-hoc subject specific training relating to risks within our supply chainReportingProvide data for quarterly risk reports to the businessSupport with various reporting obligations, including the Modern Slavery Act and submissions to the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI)Other CSR-related activities Represent the business in external multi-stakeholder forums such as the ETIContribute to the ongoing development and gap analysis of Liberty’s Ethical Trade strategySupport with wider CSR objectives, including environmental regulatory reporting, and ad hoc activities in support of our charity partnerWho you are:You are motivated and enthusiasticYou have outstanding communication skills, and are confident engaging internally and externallyYou are able to collate data and information for accurate reportingYou are comfortable bringing groups together and collaborating on solutionsYou have a proven interest in labour/human rightsExperience:You have experience within ethical trade/CSR/Sustainability, and ideally factory audit and remediation processes.IT literate, with experience managing dataYou have a solid understanding of the social, ethical and environmental issues facing the fashion retail sector
